VM Santhy

FOUNDER · M.A., M.PHIL., B.ED.

With over 23 years in education, VM Santhy brings a deep understanding of students and parents to LUMEN EDU CON.

Through direct conversations with families throughout her career, she understands the uncertainty students face—and the responsibility parents carry as they support those choices.

Her experience shapes our approach: listen carefully, understand each family’s circumstances and provide honest guidance with care.
