Consultation data notice

Your consultation information is used to respond to your enquiry.

The consultation form collects your name, student or parent role, phone number, optional email address, preferred contact method, optional preferred time and your message. Contact consent and a request reference are also recorded.

New requests are stored in a private Google Sheet owned by LUMEN’s business account. The password-protected consultation desk allows the operator to review them and update their status. Google Apps Script processes requests and sends alerts to lumeneducon@gmail.com containing only the request reference and private tracker link. This form does not send your information to an AI service.

LUMEN uses the details to respond to the consultation request. An appointment is confirmed only after personal contact. Do not include identity documents, financial records or sensitive personal information in the message.

The dashboard uses an essential session cookie for sign-in. It expires after four hours. Analytics has not been connected.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Google Sheets and Google Apps Script process consultation requests. We keep enquiries for 12 months after the last contact, unless ongoing support requires longer. LUMEN reviews and removes records manually under this policy. You can request access, correction or deletion using the contact details above.
